All of our wedding events will be taking place in Downtown Chicago and River North.
ACCOMMODATIONSWe have reserved two hotel blocks that are both walking distance or a very short Uber ride away from all of our wedding events. You are welcome to book a room in whichever hotel you prefer via the reservation links below. The blocks are first come, first serve and will close on July 28, 2026 so please plan accordingly!

This is the recommended choice for most guests, those traveling with larger groups, and those who are seeking a more affordable hotel accommodation.
flying into chicagoChicago has two major airports that are very accessible to River North and the downtown area. We recommend flying into either Chicago O'Hare International Airport or Chicago Midway International Airport. Both airports are typically between a 30 and 40 minute Uber ride into River North, though we do encourage you to allow for more time with traffic.
If you prefer to take public transportation into the city from the airport, both airports are accessible via train direct to the area where our hotels are located. If commuting to the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, there is a roughly 41 minute Blue Line train from O’Hare direct to Clark/Lake Station and a roughly 36 minute Orange Line train from Midway also direct to Clark/Lake Station. Once at Clark/Lake, it is a short 3 minute walk to the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel.
ADDITIONAL stay OPTIONSIf you are traveling into Chicago and need accommodations for our events, River North and Downtown Chicago have many different hotels and Airbnbs within walking distance. Please feel free to stay anywhere in the area if the above accommodations don’t work for you or your party.
venue parkingIf you will be driving to the Welcome Party, we recommend parking in the LAZ Parking Service Garage at 111 E. Wacker Dr. on the upper street level directly above the boat launch meeting point. If you will be driving to the wedding venue on the day of, there is valet parking available directly next door to Salon 61 at 59 W. Hubbard St. The price is $20 for 0-3 hours, $25 for over 3 hours, and $68 for overnight parking. Guests will be responsible for their own parking charges.
We do not recommend driving to or from the After Party, but if you need to there are multiple public lots and garages to choose from within a few block radius of The Green Door Tavern.
NIGHT OF TRANSPORTIf you will not be driving yourself home at the end of the night or don’t wish to walk back from the After Party, we will be looking into providing Uber vouchers to assist with getting everyone safely back to their accommodations. Please check back closer to the wedding date for those details.
